A-Plates: The A-plates contain cDNA clones from mRNA extracted from roots and leaves of soybean cv. Peking 2 days after infection by SCN race 3.  These are cloned in pBluescript SK- phagemid. They include the following plates:

A07-Plate   
A08-Plate
A09-Plate
A10-Plate
A11-Plate
A12-Plate
A13-Plate

B-Plates: The B-plates contain cDNA clones from mRNA extracted from roots of soybean cv. Peking 12 hrs after infection by SCN race 3.  These are cloned in pBluescript SK- phagemid (Stratagene). They include plates from B03 to B13.

D-Plates: The D-Plates contain cDNA clones from mRNA extracted from Peking roots 2 and 4 days past invasion. This library was made using the SMART cDNA library construction kit from CloneTech, the vector used was TripIEx2. 

E-Plates: The E-Plates contain cDNA clones from mRNA extracted from Peking roots 6 and 8 days. This library was made using the SMART cDNA library construction kit from CloneTech, the vector used was TripIEx2. 

C01-Plate: The C-plate contains cDNA clones from mRNA extracted from soybean cv. Century cotyledons 8 days post germination.  They are cloned in pBluescript SK- phagemid.

K-Plate: The K-plate contains genomic and cDNA clones, in part, used as markers on our soybean map. Some of the cDNA clones were from differential display, while others were collected from unrelated soybean studies.   Cloning vectors vary in this plate and include pT7 blue, pIBI30, pIBI31, pUC18, pUC119 and pBluescript SK- phagemid.

M1-Plate: Peking roots 48 hr post invasion by SCN race 3. These are cloned in pBluescript SK- phagemid (Stratagene).
