Experiment:

Objective:  To look at differentially expressed genes in resistant and sensitive cultivars of soybean, during the invasion of the soybean cyst nematode (SCN).

Results:

• Here is a list of the clones used in this experiment along with gel images of the clones after PCR amplification and precipitation.
